Note

Use 1-indexed task_number to map planner outputs to tasks (with warnings for duplicates/missing), require task_number in PlanPerTask, and add comprehensive tests.

• Planning alignment
  • Update Crew._handle_crew_planning to map plans by task_number, appending to the corresponding task description.
  • Warn on duplicate task_number (use first plan) and when a task has no plan.
• Schema update
  • Change PlanPerTask to require task_number (1-indexed) and keep plan/task fields.
• Tests
  • Update existing tests to include task_number in PlanPerTask.
  • Add integration tests ensuring out-of-order plans map correctly, missing plans are skipped with warning, original descriptions are preserved, and duplicates use the first plan.
  • Adjust knowledge/tools test setup to avoid external dependencies.
