When parsing urls via
*Crunchyroll.ParseUrl(and only with this function!), when the input is a classic url, it is checked if the url (when its get requested) has aLocationheader which points to its beta url equivalent.See crunchy-labs/crunchy-cli#22.
This PR also removes the CLI stuff, I originally wanted to make this in a separate branch but eh forgot about that.
