Users should have the ability to enter a "custom URL" for Cryostat to remember as a potential connectable target, regardless of deployment platform, in case there is an existing deployed target application that the user knows exists and is connectable (JMX/RMI enabled) but is not currently discoverable (ex. JDP disabled, or Kubernetes port not named).
