Current Behavior

The "View Report..." recording action was removed when the HTML-formatted analysis report was removed. Now that reports are only produced as JSON and rendered by the web-client using Patternfly components it doesn't make sense to have the full-page report action. However, the "Start a Recording" quick start still references this action.
