User Guide
Once you've finished setting up StockMeetsBagel and have started running it, follow these steps to create your Profile and then start comparing with your friends 🧑🤝🧑 and potential love interests 🥰!
StockMeetsBagel is super easy to use 😁 From our home page you can create your own profile, access the About page, and start comparing profiles with others!

1️⃣ You'll want to be at the Home Page to create your profile. In the appropriate boxes, enter the Stock Symbol and Number of Shares of each of the stocks in your portfolio, one at a time ✅
2️⃣ Once you've entered all of stock portfolio, go ahead and click "Get My Results" to generate your profile.
- If you're not happy with your stock portfolio, click on the
xnext to a stock entry to remove it before clicking on "Get My Results"
3️⃣ That's all it takes to create your profile 📄!
- Feel free to click on the
+in the category scores to find out more about what each of the scores says about your personality and investing habits! 🧐
- Towards the bottom of the page, you'll also find your unique ID 🆔 You'll need this to compare with others!
- When ready, click on Compare Our Results to move on to the next step ➡️
4️⃣ After clicking on Compare Our Results, you'll be taken to the Compare Page, where you can enter Your ID as well as your Partner's ID. Next, just click on Find Your Compatibility to see how well you guys match up!
- If you came here from the Profile Page then your unique ID will already be pasted in the first space 👍
5️⃣ You will now be able to see Your Compatibility as well as view all kinds of information regarding what that means for the two of you 🔎📖
- Once again, feel free to click on the
+in the category compatibility scores to find out more about what each of the scores says about the two of you! 🧐
