i couldn't figure out how to have linting, format checking, jsdoc generation, pages deployment, and testing occur in that order one after the other. But I did figure out how to have the tests run after pages is deployed. With these changes linting, format checking, and jsdoc generation should happen in parallel with pages deployment and once the page is up the testing workflow will trigger.
