PeerTable is a modern web application for creating and collaborating on tables in real time. Designed for teams, classrooms, and individuals, PeerTable lets multiple users edit the same table simultaneously, with seamless offline support and a beautiful, responsive UI.

- Authentication is handled via Supabase. Users sign up/sign in with email and password.
- The project is pre-configured with a public Supabase instance (see
src/integrations/supabase/client.ts). - No additional environment variables are required for local development. If you wish to use your own Supabase project, update the
SUPABASE_URLandSUPABASE_PUBLISHABLE_KEYinsrc/integrations/supabase/client.ts.
To build for production:
npm run buildTo preview the production build locally:
npm run preview- Sign Up / Sign In: Create an account with your email and password.
- Create a Table: Name your table and start collaborating.
- Invite Others: Share your app URL—anyone who signs in can join and collaborate in real time.
- Edit Cells: Click any cell to edit. Changes sync instantly.
- Go Offline: You can continue working offline; your changes will sync when you reconnect.
- UI & Theme: Easily switch between light and dark mode using the toggle in the top-right corner.
- Tailwind CSS: Customize styles in
tailwind.config.tsandsrc/index.css. - Supabase: To use your own backend, update the Supabase credentials in
src/integrations/supabase/client.ts.
