Key features

• Sort groups based on priority
• Categorize groups
  • Closes As a student, I want better structure on the commitees and assosiations page , so that I can find the commite i am looking for easier #122
• Highlight the page that is currently being visited
  • Closes As a page navigator, I want to know which page I am on, so that I can navigate better #85
• More buttons
  • Manage button for division groups
  • Change "Create" button to "Create new"

I also hijacked this PR for a few QoL changes:

• Make linting fail on warning for PRs
• Add recommended VSCode extensions
  • ESLint
  • Prettier
  • Prisma
• Use \n line feeds in VSCode
• Add flake.nix to allow development on NixOS
