Overview
Refactored the backend to resemble other Express.JS backends on AppDev. Moved all routes into /controllers folder and organized them into files.
Deleted unused routes, all routes supported by new backend can be found here: http://transit-testflight.cornellappdev.com/api-docs/
Everything for the most past should be the same but I deleted /api/vx from the route names because there are no longer "versions" of the different routes.
Added routes for notifications
