Hi,

here's a fix for #57. The rerun formatter now handles failing examples from scenario outlines correctly.

This looks good, but I'd like to see a rerun_formatter.feature - just like the other formatters. I've sent a pull request to @Jimdo: Jimdo#1

To be honest I'm a bit confused between features and legacy_features.
