a simple sublime text plugin that puts a box around 'TODO' statements
In order to use, put todo_listener.py in your sublime text Packages/User folder.
You can access the folder easily from Sublime Text, by opening it and following the toolbar:
SublimeText -> Preferences -> Browse Packages...
