My actions before raising this issue

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

  1. Create a task from backup
  2. Set mode to "interpolation" in admin page for created task
  3. Look at frame 56260 (zoom out to see annotations). Right bottom "person" has "id" attribute with value 2
  4. Export annotations in cvat for video format
  5. Import these annotations back and look again to frame 56260. Right bottom "person" has "id" attribute with value 1

Fix task mode in tasks restored from backup (#6216)

- Fixes the problem with the task mode described in the CVAT corrupts annotations when exported with CVAT for video (#5668)
- Fixes the problem with failing backup import because of the manifest file existence from Cannot export dataset (KeyError: 'outside') / can't import backup from older version (#5971)
- Cleaned test assets (removed extra directories from unexistent tasks and jobs)
