Update item Annotation with points

Motivation and context

This PR contains update of the text, images and gifs of the Annotation with points item.

The following measures were taken to solve problem #1447:

gif012 replaced by image165_detrac.jpg

@nmanovic , this PR added the "Annotation with points" item and in front of the "Annotation with cuboids" item, and deleted this item after. But now in the develop branch item "Annotation with points" are occurs twice, how can this be fixed?
