Update documentation. Fix mistakes in cli section and update xml_format section

Motivation and context

In this PR:

• Update xml_format.md

  • The Version 1 section has been removed from the xml_format.md file because it is not supported for export in the current version of CVAT and the text is duplicated in the Version 1.1 section.
  • Added node <tag> in example.
  • Added attribute "source" for track in example.

• Fix mistakes in cli.md
