Implemented more Cypress tests

Motivation and context

• Restored review pipeline in Cypress tests, some time ago we disabled it after redesigning review mode
• Added couple of tests for job state/stage update
• Redesigned fix for Fixed multiple changing job state #7158, fixed Job state changes to new if job is finished when already in completed state #7206, fixed It seem ignorePattern eslint in workspace not working #7230
• Minor refactoring
