command line rcon tool, mainly used to manage Rust servers

Usage of rcon:
  -cmd="": command
  -listen=false: listen
  -pass="": password
  -port="": port
  -server="": server

rcon.conf duplicates all these flags. Config must be placed in the same directory as the executable file.
