[update] Graphical Interface + Script Update

* Loading Screen Added - Shows that the application is opening * Env Script precheck added, windows only [for now] * Bash Script updated * Fixes an issue #127 where there was a rogue variable creating an issue. * Environment Script was updated * Wrapper now has Independently been named to be better identified with it's own unique icon. * GUI icons updated.
