Preset configs: make non-multiplied "prom-async" metric intervals more aggressive
Prom dashboards: add handling of duplicate metric data
Sometimes un-interesting DBs cannot be excluded based on the name regex so add another option. DB size is cached for 10min to not strain the DBs too much
Also differentiate between cofigured vs actually monitored DBs in the stats port output, i.e. add a "databasesConfigured" counter
