Some folks are hitting the remote timeout for cylc clean. The default is 120 seconds which is quite short. Suggest:

  • Increase the default timeout.
  • Better handing of timeout error (exit code 124), this currently results in traceback.

Also:

  • Allow ISO 8601 duration format for the timeout option
