Cypress v3.1.2 fixes the issue. I had nodejs v11.0.0, and cypress v3.1.2 didn't work, but after upgrading to nodejs v11.2.0 everthing was fine.

If you have Node v11, try upgrading to v11.2.0++

indeed, it work in 11.2.0 although dont work in 11.1 and 11.0
