Additional details

After the release of 13.14.0, users reported issues with cy.screenshot() timing out and failures of the cypress app to start in VSCode terminals via the GLib-GIO-ERROR error. Since no clear solution is available to this yet, it is necessary to revert this feature in order to avoid breaking existing users.

I was able to verify the two issues as fixed using the beta build

npm ci
npm install npm install https://cdn.cypress.io/beta/npm/13.14.2/linux-x64/develop-770a50255ffa3c873b50925bd298642a7f7d4694/cypress.tgz
npm run local:run

As above except execute in VSCode terminal window

code .

Open terminal window

npm run local:run
