Query iRegulon to predict the regulators and targets.
This is the main use case -- Cy3 app tutorial.

Query – form:

• Organisms: select from a list
• Genes: type or paste one or more gene names
• Advanced Options:
  • Ranking makes sense but not sure people use them
  • The other options: probably just use the default values
