This effectively removes "-", "." and "/" from the set of word characters. Prior to this, a `w` would skip over the entirety of /some/long/path-name. This is probably not what users expect, since they can use `W` for that.

I didn't remove the iskeyword definition entirely because I believe including '_' and '.' is still useful. Also, fix syntax definitions to include '/' as well wherever they use '\k' so that / is still highlighted. cc: dag#44

I didn't remove the iskeyword definition entirely because I believe including '_' and '.' is still useful. Use 'syntax iskeyword @,48-57,-,_,.,/' in the syntax definitions so that '/' is still matched by syntax patterns that use '\k'. cc: dag#44
