I'm happy to update other additional documentation at the same time in this PR if people can provide a link / details on what has changed.
This PR is based on the original change which had to be changed for compatibility reasons so I am unsure if the documentation in this PR is still accurate or if some of the new functionality mentioned had to be reverted.
