• Download the repository:
  • Click the green Code then Download zip
  • On your computer, in the Downloads; unzip with: unzip MetagenomicsTraining-main.zip

Course:

• Open the Getting_Started.pptx. Follow the slides
• Once complete, open the MetagenomicAnalyses.pptx to have an idea of how to begin some simple Metagenomics analyses
• There are no scripts involved for this as this is a beginner course
