Debug column for subscription manager

A killer feature will be a debug column for the subscription manager.

It would be nice to see all of the active subscriptions, and on which relays. Stats: rx/tx per connection.

Our subscriptions are super unoptimized at the moment. Visually seeing the subscriptions will be very useful for debugging and optimizing.
