Drop down menu is unresponsive towards form's reset button

I'm using the library on my page, specifically in the form near the top--the Test Name drop down field (screenshot). But the 'Clear' button does not reset this field as expected. Any ideas how I can troubleshoot this further?

I don't believe any of the other fields in this form use this particular library.
