build project

Open command prompt Goto this folder ..\irab-mufassil\source\IrabWebApi

command: dotnet build

start api server

Open command prompt Goto this folder ..\irab-mufassil\source\IrabWebApi

command: dotnet run

At succesfull run, you will see a local host address e.g.
http://localhost:5082

use api

http://localhost:5082/irab?start=2:255
