Path parameters description invisible in --help

Hello,

I want to use restish to generate command line tools with good documentation.
But it seems the path parameters is not well documented in --help, for example:
The restish example OpenAPI:

The command line help for get-image:

The "type" parameter is not described in --help, so the user may need refer to other document to know which "type" could be.

I'm not sure if it is a new requirement? Or some bug?
