Show search settings persistently in terminal sidebar view #25
Description
Problem
The search settings (filters/options) in the left-hand sidebar are only visible when the user is actively typing in the search box. They should always be visible when the sidebar is in terminal view mode.
Expected Behavior
- When the sidebar is showing terminal view, search settings are always visible regardless of whether the user is typing in the search box
Current Behavior
- Search settings only appear while the user is actively typing in the search input, then disappear
