Description
Fixes issue where navigating from MasterDetailPage the Popup is set to the MasterDetailPage.Detail instead of navigated to as a PopupPage.
NOTE: This is a complete and total hack. We will need to update the base PageNavigationService provide a proper hook to override the behavior of how we process a Page that is not a NavigationPage when navigating from a MasterDetailPage.
