Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

There are binary files https://github.com/dapr/go-sdk/blob/main/examples/hello-world/order in the repository. This will swell the size of the repository. I think we should avoid having pre-compiled binaries in the repository.

Describe the solution you'd like

remove the binary and add gitignore.
