Initial release of WIT

Features:

Shows Redstone state + Power for blocks
Most blocks have translations
Translation Files to enable changing what is shown
Compatibility with Minetorio (tested with 0.80)
Minetorio Specific: Shows whether device is active, if yes how much power it is consuming/generating and shows battery stored power
