  1. Adds support for metadata on POSIX.
  2. Adds support for access/modification/birth time on POSIX/Windows
  3. Adds support for file subtype on POSIX/Windows
  4. Adds documentation for the Metadata class

  • I’ve reviewed the contributor guide and applied the relevant portions to this PR.
