Same about the words static, factory, interface, etc.
Yes, they're built-in identifiers (10.28), but this is allowed by VM:

class C {
  C() {}
  get static() { return 0; } //error
  set static(value) { } //error
}

main() {
  (new C()).static = 1;
}

It seems that spec (10.28) now explicitly bans this usage of built-in identifiers so this issue is invalid.

Relevant quote:
It is a compile-time error if a built-in identifier is
used as the declared name of a class, interface, type variable or type alias. It is
a compile-time error to use a built-in identifier other than Dynamic as a type
annotation.

assert is a reserved word now. We also have tests to make sure built-in identifiers cannot be used for class names.
