File.fullPathSync throws FileIOException: fullPath failed

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Call File.fullPathSync for not existing file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Shouldn't that be full path to file even if it does not exist?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
dart-sdk revision 4978
Mint KDE 12

Full path asked the operation system for the full path. Path manipulation which are purely string manipulations are being added in a Path library.
