Process.kill does not always kill child processes on MacOS

There are multiple reports of this happening. Make a reproducible example, and debug.

I just run into this issue.

I launch https://cloud.google.com/datastore/docs/tools/devserver

io.Process.start(
    '~/google_cloud_datastore_dev_server/gcd-v1beta2-rev1-2.1.1/gcd.sh')
.then((process) {
  new Future.delayed(new Duration(seconds: 10), () => process.kill());
});

The bash script invokes a Java application.
When I kill the process, the Java application keeps running.

"kill 12345" has the same effect but in Bash I can get the process group and kill the group to get rid of all child processes, I didn't find anything like this in Dart.

Dart VM version: 1.9.0-edge.43740 (Thu Feb 12 13:06:55 2015) on "linux_x64"
