Rename mPositionLimited to mPositionLimitEnforced in Joint Properties

With the new API for position limit enforcement as of pull request #441, it would be good if the corresponding member variable of the property class matched the name of the API function.

But this would be an API change, so we must wait until version 6.0 before making the change.
