22-22: Verify Dependency Version Bump Impact

The dependency dashcore-rpc-json has been updated to version "0.17", which should address the recent build errors. Please ensure that this new version is fully backward compatible with our current usage patterns. Also, verify that the dependency’s path ("../json") is set correctly and that any new changes in the dependency do not require further modifications in our project.
