Thanks @ian-r-rose, I just tested this out on my laptop and I'm able to hide/show the cluster manager interface, so it works as expected. |

This does not actually disable anything, it just hides the UI element from the sidebar. Users can distribute settings with
{'hideClusterManager': true}to hide the cluster manager
