In the most recent Dask monthly meeting, it was recommended that LightGBM should be added to https://dask.org/, now that a version of the project with a native Dask integration has been released.

This PR proposes adding LightGBM's logo. I copied the exact same text used for XGBoost. I wasn't sure if there are any rules that determine the order, so I just added LightGBM at the bottom.
