Add a link to dataframe protocol somewhere on the landing page?

I've been looking at the dataframe-protocol (https://data-apis.org/dataframe-protocol) recently and have been having trouble navigating to it's description until it was solidly in my history.

Could it be linked to somewhere on the main page? Maybe next to the dataframe api link in the header?
