How do I submit a pull request?

I made some changes to fix SceneViewer/PointCloud.pde for processing 2.0 and GL2, but I can't find the original source in repository form.

The code was hosted on Google Code in ZIP / tar.gz archives rather than in repository form. For the move to Github, I just moved these files over and put them into a release:
https://github.com/dataarts/radiohead/releases

In other words, there is no source code in repository form. I guess the best solution is to unpack the ZIP file and push. @koblin

Hopefully #2 suffices in doing exactly that (with my changes).
