When a user submits a large dataset that is not covered by a payment plan, ensure they are aware of the overage charges.

  • On the upload files page, have the file size change color once the submission hits the overage size, and provide help text that indicates the overage will be charged.
  • On the review page, display the total to be billed in a more prominent manner.
