Replace @flowershow/* with @portaljs/* packages in /examples

Related to datopian/flowershow#509

Summary

We have just moved all our remark plugins and the core package from flowershow monorepo to portaljs monorepo. We have also started publishing our markdowndb package under mddb name. This PR updates the dependencies of /examples/* projects to account for these changes.

Changes

• replace @flowershow/remark-* with @portaljs/remark-* packages
• replace @flowershow/core with @portaljs/core
• replace @flowershow/markdowndb with mddb
