Snipping away at 2022 issues:

  • Need to be able to disable CNAME chain checks
  • Need to be able to suppress dangling CNAME warning for some names that are used for validations
  • Need to be able to suppress missing PTR warnings in cloud provider subnets
  • Include example files for CNAME and PTR warning supression

Refactor a bit:

  • Place checks I modify in separate procedures
  • Reuse "generic" resolver object
  • Use Net::DNS more

Some changes for the 2020ies:
