The following project aims to create a customer segmentation for a hypothetical insurance company, in order to deliver a clear and reliable profiling of the customers in the data set to the marketing department for further development
- Explore the data and identify the variables that should be used to segment customers.
- Identify customer segments
- Justify the number of clusters you chose (taking in consideration the business use as well).
- Explain the clusters found.
- Suggest business applications for the findings and define general marketing approaches for each cluster.
