I think you should just be able to push a pre-release tag to be able to test it. If you're worried about keeping it clean, deploy hazel to something like mfix-alchemy.now.shwhich is simply a deployment that uses a fork of dawnlabs/alchemy instead of this repo, and make test releases in your fork to be able to manually test it.

We are actually just going to use Cask to request updates. Will open a new issue to update our Cask app.
