Update the test added in #5346:
data/previoustodata/state. In retrospect,previousis a confusing name, because (a) we want to test against the current manifest version, in addition to older versions; (b) while this may correctly refer to a previous run of dbt, we tend to usestateto signify this instead.data/state/v{X}/manifest.json, wherev{X}is the manifest version we've just bumped to — useful for the next PR like Bumping manifest version to v6 #5430Checklist
