By supplying a docs block called
__overview__, users can override the landing page overview for their dbt project. The docs site will look for a block called__overview__, preferring a user-supplied block to the stock one supplied by dbt.Docs are here: https://docs.getdbt.com/v0.11/docs/documentation-website#section-setting-a-custom-overview
